We believe ideas are, have been, and always will be the currency of our industry. Because it’s ideas that influence culture. It’s ideas that move people to act. It’s ideas that make brands famous.
This is Mike. Mike built Whirlpool’s first ever in-house agency, WoW Studios. Before that he built the creative team at Digitas Chicago that delivered the agency’s first ever Cannes Grand Prix for putting washing machines in schools (Whirlpool – Care Counts). He also built every brand in the Whirlpool portfolio from the ground up (KitchenAid, Maytag, JennAir, Gladiator). Before that he built an award winning team on the McDonald’s business at Leo Burnett. Before that he built his career writing award winning ideas at the likes of JWT and FCB. Before that he was swinging hammers building houses while putting himself through school.
Mike likes to build stuff.

This is Louie. Louie’s a creator. He’s been creating for brands for 20+ years. You know the modern Maytag Man? He created that. He’s created for brands like Whirlpool, McDonald’s, Miller, and UnitedHealthcare. And his creations tend to win awards and move business. Before he created ideas he created landscapes, slinging dirt and hauling shrubs from the age of 12. He may be one of the most pleasant and ferocious creators you’ll ever meet. And he doesn’t have an ass because he’s constantly working it off. You’ll love him.
Because Louie’s a creator.
This is Nick. Nick works hard. He worked to deliver Leo Burnett/Arc’s Marketing Innovation Lab. He worked with Coca-Cola to turn its cans white to raise awareness of the plight of Polar Bears. He also works on the move, speaking about marketing innovation around the world from Shoptalk to Ideas Week, The Big Show to Mobile World Barcelona. He works hard to understand the impact of AI, testing over 50 AI marketing tools so he knows which ones are good and which ones will take over the world and turn us humans into slaves mining for energy sources to keep the AI alive. Nick has worked in New York, London and Chicago at some of the biggest names in the business. Nick got his work ethic when he was a teenager in England, working in the summer picking spinach and thinning out leeks for 50p (70c) an hour.
